The Casting mould "Bird, butterfly, flower" is the ideal companion for all DIY enthusiasts who want to get creative. You can cast three different motifs with just one mold and thus create completely different works of art. The motifs - bird, butterfly and flower - are perfectly matched in size.
The motifs measure 8.5 x 5.0 cm for the bird, 8 x 5 cm for the butterfly and Ø 7 cm for the flower. The depth of each is 3 cm, so you can also use thicker casting compounds without any problems. You need approx. 75 ml of material for each motif, so the casting mold has space for 225 ml in total. It is suitable for various materials such as creative casting slip or concrete.
The casting mold is perfect for the spring season to embellish your home with homemade decorations. However, the motifs are also timeless at other times of the year and can be redesigned again and again.

Tips to use:
Preparations:
Mix the desired casting compound according to the instructions. If you wish, you can color it with color pigment powder.
Application:
Slowly pour the mixed casting compound into the casting mould. Leave a rim of at least 2 mm free to make it easier to demould your casting later.
Gently tap the casting mould so that the mixture is evenly distributed and any air bubbles come to the surface. You can then prick these with a lace object.
Time to dry:
Allow the casting compound to harden well. Follow the drying times specified in the instructions for the casting compound.
Work to finish:
You can now demould your casting. If the casting does not come off simply by dropping it, you can carefully loosen the mould all around with your fingers and tap it against the mould.
Good to know:
For detailed moulds, we recommend using a mould release agent or release wax to protect the mould.
